Hooked on Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo started off the New Year by scoring against Valencia.
In the end, the goal didn't serve for much, as Real lost against Valencia at the Mestalla. The Portuguese's goals have always been important for his team, but this season worryingly so. 46% of all the goals scored by 'Los Blancos' have been thanks to their No.7 player.
The dependency that Ancelotti's men have on la Liga's top goalscorer is not a healthy one. He has scored 26 of the 56 goals that Real Madrid have scored as a whole so far this season. He is by far and away their man to look to when a strike is needed. In second place trails Benzema, with just eight – meaning the Frenchman has just 14% of the goals scored. If we look at the other big scorers that exist in the league, no other team has such dependence on one man to put the ball in the back of the net.
Messi and Neymar, in second and third place in the race to be the league's 'Pichichi', have scored 36% and 26% of Barça's goals. Bacca, who has claimed 10 strikes for Sevilla, has racked up 38% of his team's tally.
Such is the situation with la Liga's most deadly hitmen. If we take a look at team's who struggle more to hit home, we see that Jonathas has scored 44% of Elche's goals and that Larrivey is responsible for 39% of those scored by Celta.
