Keeping up with the Kardashians star visits Newcastle

IF You don't know who Brody Jenner is, don't worry you are not alone and probably won't care that you missed his appearance at the Warners Bay Hotel on Friday night.
Brody Jenner is the son of US reality TV star and former track and field Olympian, Bruce Jenner, and his former wife Linda Thomas.
Born in 1983, before Bruce met and married Kris Jenner - the Kardashian clan matriarch - Brody is currently on tour in Australia.

Kris and Bruce, no longer together, because Bruce reportedly likes to dress as a woman, have two daughters - Kendall and Kylie.
That makes them half sisters to Brody.
Kris also has other children, but not with Bruce, although Bruce does have other children as well - Burton, Brandon and Cassandra - but not with Kris.
Are you still with me? Okay, now one of the children Kris had, not with Bruce, but with a man named Robert - who just happened to represent OJ Simpson during his murder trial - is none other than Kim Kardashian.
That makes Brody and Kim step-siblings.
And together this crazy, mixed up bunch are the stars of the US reality TV show Keeping up with the Kardashians.
Brody made a celebrity appearance at the Warners Bay Hotel as part of the hotel's regular "Girl's Night Out."
While at the pub 160 VIP ticket holders got to hang out with the star and watch him drink XXXX Gold beer out of a shoe.
Licensee Matt Tarrant said the crowd "went nuts" when Brody appeared.
"There was screaming and carrying on as soon as he walked in," he said.
But the star himself was very "relaxed and chilled."
The next celebrity due to appear at the Warners Bay Hotel is Home and Away star Dan Ewing.

Brett Hundley totals 4 TDs as No. 9 UCLA wins 3rd straight over USC

PASADENA, Calif. -- Brett Hundley's first pass was intercepted by USC linebacker Anthony Sarao, who returned it up the UCLA sideline for a shocking touchdown. Red-clad fans rocked the predominantly blue Rose Bowl, hoping this rivalry was undergoing a seismic shift.
Hundley never wavered or wilted, and his Bruins spent the rest of a celebratory night educating USC about city dominance.

"UCLA runs L.A., if you guys didn't hear last year," Hundley said with a grin.
Hundley passed for 326 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for another score, leading No. 9 UCLA past No. 19 USC 38-20 on Saturday night for the Bruins' third straight victory in the annual crosstown showdown.
Hundley stayed perfect in three starts against USC, throwing scoring passes to Devin Lucien, Thomas Duarte and Eldridge Massington as the Bruins (9-2, 6-2 Pac-12, No. 11 AP) confirmed their Los Angeles supremacy and closed in on the Pac-12 South title with a one-sided romp.
The Bruins scored all their points in less than 30 minutes, and their defense limited the Trojans to just 200 yards and seven points in the first three quarters. Hundley punctuated his final scoring drive with a 15-yard TD run straight up the middle midway through the third quarter, flexing both arms in celebration.
"It's hard to express how it feels to win three times in a row versus your rival," Hundley said. "Everything that goes into the game, each year it gets bigger and bigger, and this year was to top it off. This was the biggest -- the Pac-12 South [standings], everything was on the line. And to come in our house, have everybody there and to pull out a victory like that at home, it says a lot to this team."
Paul Perkins rushed for 93 yards and a score for UCLA, which hadn't won three straight over USC since 1998.
After five consecutive wins down the stretch of a slow-starting season, UCLA can advance to the Pac-12 title game with a victory over Stanford on Friday, staying in the national title hunt.
"No, we don't bask in moments," said UCLA coach Jim Mora, who has beaten three USC head coaches in three years by a combined 111-62. "We'll just move on to the next moment."
Cody Kessler passed for 214 yards for the Trojans (7-4, 6-3, No. 24 AP), who struggled mightily against UCLA's inspired defense.
"We got off to a bad start and failed from there," USC receiver George Farmer said. "It hurts a lot. It's a big rivalry, a lot of guys I grew up playing against, but I give all props to them. They played a hell of a game, came out very strong in the second half and deserved it."
Both teams looked sharp in their traditional home jerseys on a crisp night in Arroyo Seco, but not much went well for USC in its first rivalry game under new coach Steve Sarkisian after Sarao returned Hundley's only interception 17 yards for a score.
While the Trojans celebrated, Hundley calculated.
"After that happened, it was probably the calmest I was all game," Hundley said. "I was talking to [linebacker] Eric Kendricks, and we both said nobody was worried. We both said we were going to get the ball back, go score some touchdowns and call it a game. We didn't panic."
If Hundley heads to the NFL next year as planned, the quarterback who led Mora's revitalization of the program will have a perfect record against USC -- one of his stated goals since his freshman year. With Hundley at the controls, UCLA has scored at least 35 points in three straight rivalry games for the first time in series history.
The UCLA defense stopped the Trojans on the game's opening drive, and Sarao returned Hundley's terrible throw down the UCLA sideline just 3:07 in. The Trojans forced another punt, but their early momentum evaporated when Nelson Agholor fumbled the return inside the USC 10.
Lucien was left wide-open on Hundley's first TD throw. Just 39 seconds later, the quarterback threw down the middle to Duarte, who ran through USC's stumbling secondary for a 57-yard score.
USC evened it on Justin Davis' 2-yard TD catch, but Kendricks dived to intercept a tipped pass by Kessler moments later. The Bruins moved patiently for Massington's 13-yard TD catch 14 seconds before halftime, putting them up 24-14.
UCLA drove 84 yards for Perkins' 10-yard TD run right after halftime.
"It seemed like everybody was going to score tonight," Duarte said.
Josh Shaw made his season debut for USC, playing intermittently on defense and special teams. The senior defensive back and former team captain missed the first 10 games for lying about how he sprained his ankles in a preseason fall.

Hosting Obama, ‘Between Two Ferns’ Star Pulls No Punches

Trying to explain why young people should buy health insurance, President Obama said his health care plan would cost consumers no more than their cellphone bills. His host, Zach Galifianakis, looked bored. “Is this what they mean by drones?”
When Mr. Obama appeared on the popular online comedy show “Between Two Ferns” on Tuesday, the question wasn’t whether the president could hold his own — he has already proved that he can keep up with pop culture.
Fans of “Between Two Ferns,” a mock celebrity interview show on the comedy website Funny or Die.com, mostly wanted to see if the show’s star, Mr. Galifianakis, would treat the president as rudely as he treats his other guests.
He did.
With a straight face, Mr. Galifianakis asked Mr. Obama whether “Ambassador Rodman” had gone to North Korea on his behalf, and if he would now send Hulk Hogan to Syria — or, he asked, “is that more of a job for Tonya Harding?”
Mr. Obama played along, muttering, “Zach, he’s not our ambassador.”
“Between Two Ferns” is a sendup of public-access shows, with tinny music and misspelled captions, and the humor is webcam deadpan: Mr. Galifianakis solemnly asks inane or cringingly rude questions that guests deflect with varying degrees of awkward silence. (He once asked a stone-faced Natalie Portman: “You shaved your head for ‘V for Vendetta.’ Did you also shave your V for vagina?”)
More than any other president, Mr. Obama surfs the media, looking for new ways to reach viewers who don’t watch the news or even television. The president doesn’t seem worried about tarnishing the dignity of his office. As his tenure nears its end, he seems more intent on being the salesman in chief.
Mr. Galifianakis seemed most intent on not giving his special guest special treatment. It wasn’t until the end that Mr. Obama finally got what he had gone on the show for, a nonsatirical plug for healthcare.gov. That web address was flashed after the credits for “Between Two Ferns” had rolled, as if to maintain some distance: Comedians, it seems, take their integrity more seriously than presidents.
But Mr. Obama is competitive, and he certainly has comedy show experience. He has “slow-jammed” the news with Jimmy Fallon, traded barbs with Stephen Colbert and answered questions from the basketball Hall of Famer Charles Barkley.
Mr. Obama fell out of character only once. Mr. Galifianakis didn’t answer his question about the annual turkey pardon and instead stared back at him so balefully that Mr. Obama cracked a smile.
Mostly, the president tried to keep up with his host by putting him down — for example, making fun of his flop sequel, “Hangover 3” — and that was not quite as funny as his silences.
When Mr. Galifianakis suggested that if Mr. Obama had a son, he would probably be a nerd like his father, Mr. Obama took mock umbrage that sounded like a “Tonight” show joke, not web satire. “Do you think a woman like Michelle Obama would marry a nerd?” he asked indignantly. His host asked if he could speak to the first lady and Mr. Obama replied, “I’m not going to let her near you.”
Still, it took confidence to take his message to such an unwelcoming arena. The caption under his name described him as “community organizer.” His host asked if he would put his presidential library in Hawaii or his “home country of Kenya.”
When it came time for Mr. Obama to discuss health care, Mr. Galifianakis sighed wearily. “Here we go, O.K., let’s get this out of the way, what did you come here to plug?” When Mr. Obama asked him if he had heard of affordable health care, Mr. Galifianakis replied, “That’s the thing that doesn’t work?”
The show dutifully flashed on screen the 800 number that callers can use to sign up for health care, only the number was spelled out: “one eight hundred three one eight two five nine six.”
At the opening, Mr. Galifianakis shuffled his notes and while pretending to be speaking to the president before the show officially began, mumbled, “Sorry I had to cancel a few times.”
(By midday, the six-and-a-half-minute video had been seen 1.9 million times, according to the site.)
The interview looked as if it had been filmed in the “Between Two Ferns” no-frills studio. At the end, Mr. Obama pushed a button, and the black backdrop fell, revealing that the interview had actually been recorded in the White House. Even those intimidating surroundings didn’t daunt Mr. Galifianakis. He asked Mr. Obama, “What is it like to be the last black president?”
Mr. Obama countered: “Seriously? What’s it like for this to be the last time you ever talk to a president?” But that’s not likely.
Mr. Obama set a precedent, but so did his host.

Omar Epps, Stars in New ABC Series, ‘Resurrection’

Omar Epps is back on TV, and he plays a very different role from the one he played as a doctor on House. In Sunday night’s premiere of Resurrection, Epps’s character–U.S. immigration officer J. Martin “Marty” Bellamy–returns an 8-year-old boy who drowned 32 years prior to his family in Arcadia, Missouri, after he is found in a rice paddy in rural China. When another of the townspeople returns from the dead, Bellamy sticks around to lead the investigation into what is going on.

So begins a new series that certainly sounds like it will pull at all the appropriate emotional viewer strings needed to thrust it into ratings contention, with the exception of one glaring caveat. It is airing opposite AMC’s The Walking Dead, which just happens to be prime time’s number one TV show. It certainly sounds, however, as though its appeal will rein in those viewers who can’t bring themselves to watch undead zombies in various states of decomposition–right before they go to bed. Resurrection isn’t grotesque as The Walking Dead can be. It appeals instead to those yearning for mystery, a bit of science fiction and the possibility of a God versus Satan scenario. Plus it pulls at the heartstrings of those who have lost loved ones.

Omar Epps’s character is determined to stick around in Arcadia to find out exactly what is going on–and similarly to his character on House, he exudes a combination of compassion and no-nonsense composure. Check out a longer preview of the series.

But what might happen at the end of this season? Have the producers thought that far ahead to the “endgame or even how to sustain this show for more than a season?”
If something can’t be done to move Resurrection to a new time slot it may never need to worry about being resurrected for a second season–in fact, it might not even make it through it’s first season’s run. But in the meantime, House fans can revel in the fun of seeing Omar Epps back on TV–even if only for a little while.
You’ve no doubt seen the previews for Resurrection. Will you tune in or are you a diehard fan of The Walking Dead instead?

Paula Patton : Our Girl of the Month

Her career’s on fire. Her husband’s everywhere. Actress Paula Patton, it’s clear, has arrived. It started with her turn in the fourth Mission: Impossible as an agent who can kick ass and rock a ball gown. Then her husband, Robin Thicke—get this, they were high school sweethearts—crafted a song we’re still humming, “Blurred Lines.” (The video is stocked with nearly naked models, but in real life all that Thicke wants to talk about is how hot he is for his gorgeous wife.) Now Patton has a new movie, the romantic comedy Baggage Claim, in which the 37-year-old plays a flight attendant still looking for love. (Don’t feel too bad for her, though, because her search involves Taye Diggs and Djimon Hounsou.) We grabbed some time with Patton to discuss Hollywood style, first-kiss magic—and how many of her guy’s sexy lyrics are really true.

GLAMOUR: You’ve been getting so much red-carpet attention. What’s your style philosophy?

PAULA PATTON: I would really love to be a sixties movie star like Sophia Loren or Brigitte Bardot but with a bohemian twist—I have a little bit of hippie in me. I was the kid who would go climb trees in a dress.

GLAMOUR: How do you deal with the pressure to look a certain way?

Paula_Patton_sexy1

PAULA PATTON: I’m an extremist. Either I’m being healthy and organic, or I want a big, juicy In-N-Out burger, you know? And I want it now! It’s certainly not gonna make me a runway model, but it sure makes me happy.

GLAMOUR: You met Robin as a teenager. Do you remember your first kiss?

PAULA PATTON: He sang Jodeci’s “Forever My Lady” to me. He did a full-out R&B onstage performance in his dad’s living room. Then he kissed me. It worked!

GLAMOUR: You guys still seem very passionate. He did say in an interview that he turned you into a bad girl.

PAULA PATTON: He ruined me! Gosh, I hope I’m still a good girl and a bad girl at the same time. And I think that every girl should know the bad girl inside her—and that doesn’t make her bad, you know?

GLAMOUR: So in the “Blurred Lines” video, there’s that balloon message—“Robin Thicke has a big d-ck”…

PAULA PATTON: It’s cool, it’s funny, it’s awesome!

GLAMOUR: Yes, it’s definitely all of those things. But we have to ask: Is it accurate?

PAULA PATTON: Robin’s like, “Listen, if I’m, you know, in the Miami Heat’s locker room, I don’t know where I stand, but.…” But I think that the statement is fairly accurate!

Justin Bieber's Egging Case Still Hasn't Been Filed! See What The Hold Up Is HERE!

justin bieber egging case still not filed
He’s not getting off the hook for this one.
Justin Bieber egged his neighbor’s Calabasas home awhile back, but the D.A. hasnt filed the case because they haven’t decided how to approach it!
There are reportedly two big issues that are keeping the case from going forward because they haven’t decided if it’s a misdemeanor or a felony.
The first issue is finding out how much the egged home really cost to fix, not just the $20,000 estimate the homeowner gave. They’re also looking at other cases and weighing the options since this was pretty blatant vandalism.
However, the fact that Lil Za already got charged with felony vandalism when he broke that $400 phone in jail is throwing a wrench into things too.
You’d think with all of that security footage they’d have an egg-celent case against the Biebs, but maybe that’s not the situation at all!
What punishment do U think he’ll get…

Will Justin Bieber be charged with…

The 20-year-old “Boyfriend” singer may just be in Texas to catch Gomez’s next show in Hidalgo on Saturday night.

The on-again-off-again couple also reportedly enjoyed breakfast at Don Pepe’s in McAllen, which is 15 minutes from Hidalgo.
There’s no confirmation whether they’ve sparked their love affair again, but Bieber’s admiration for the “Come and Get It” singer goes without question.
He recently instagrammed a photo of her from the Vanity Fair Oscar Party and captioned it, “Most elegant princess in the world.”

Miley Cyrus Goes High Fashion in Marc Jacobs Spring 2014 Campaign

Miley Cyrus is leaving the booty shorts and onesies at home…for now.
The 21-year-old "Wrecking Ball" crooner went high fashion for Marc Jacobs' spring 2014 campaign, looking stunning in sequin-embellished skirts, structured tops and glam gowns as she poses with a couple of other models on a desolate-looking beach.
In most of the pictures, Cyrus gives a fierce stare off into space, rocking square-rimmed glasses in one shot, and a blue structured gown in another, laying lifelessly in the sand along the shore.
Her smattering of tattoos are on full display in some of the shots, her nails are painted black and her lips are generally in a pout.

The full release of the photos comes after Cyrus was announced back in January as the new face of the campaign.
And the collaboration didn't come as much of a surprise, considering the singer, who is a big fan of the designer (and vice versa), rocked Jacobs' sheer mesh gown at the 2013 Met Gala in New York.
"We wanted this beach with the girls kind of sulky and broody, and we thought it would be cool if it was Miley with what could be two friends, feeling distant and quite dark," Jacobs said.
"We all just love her and her entire being, her talent, her intelligence, everything," he said. "There's nothing I don't like about her. She is just genuine and very natural."
Whoa! Miley Cyrus caresses her face and rubs her thighs with hand of Adonis dildo—See the Pics!

The shoot didn't exactly go off with a hitch though.
Juergen Teller, the in-house photographer that typically shoots Jacobs' campaigns, refused to work with Cyrus and didn't shoot the 2014 ads.
"I have worked with Juergen for years and love him as an artist," Jacobs told Women's Wear Daily. "He just didn't want to shoot her" (Teller's rep told E! News of the shoot at the time, "Juergen does not want to comment").
Photographer David Sims shot the photos instead on the beach set styled by Stefan Beckman.
